OASIS INTERNATIONAL helps new refugees coming from war with a basic furniture needs, clothes, household items, English classes, Computer classes, Sewing classes. OASIS INTERNATIONAL also help with Citzenship tests, job search, apartment and house search, immigration law and connecting the refugee population with American families. OASIS INTERNATIONAL'S goal is to help refugees become connected with Americans and the American way of life through personal friendships and helping with everyday needs. OASIS INTERNATIONAL also has a vegetable farm that provides fresh produce for the new refugees. Refugees are encouraged to help in the field to grow their own vegetables. Also furniture, clothes, household items, vegetables and classes are free. Donations of these items and finances are welcomed. We are raising money to help pay for the building. The note is due next Nov. 2011 for $210,000.
