THE STORY:

Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow wrote -

Think back to the defining moment that set your life on the path toward success. Who or what influenced that moment?

For Alejandro Rivera, it was stepping through the doors of Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow for the first time.

A high school dropout and soon-to-be teen father, Alejandro came to OBT determined to provide a better life for his family. Using the skills he acquired at OBT, Alejandro landed a job at Chase Bank. Read his story here

You can be the defining moment for others just like Alejandro.

NYC has
186k
youth who are not in school or working
365k people looking for work each day
939k immigrants living in Brooklyn alone; many have no access to language classes or citizenship services

WE AIM TO CHANGE THAT.

Through our job training and education programs, over 3,000 disadvantaged, disconnected, and immigrant youth and adults start on the path to a better tomorrow each year.

Donate today, or join the team and fundraise for this campaign!
