In order to reach the largest number of people in the Tulsa Metro area possible, Occupy Tulsa wants to turn local billboards into protest signs. The signs will be simple, but powerful, and put our message out for commuters to see throughout the city day in, day out.
Lamar Advertising owns the billboards in the area. A 4-week ad campaign for 7 "Poster" size (10'5" X 22'8") billboards costs about $4,725. The Billboards would be located throughout the city: http://maps.lamar.com/GRPMapPrint.aspx?GRPMapID=12704
This would provide maximum coverage for our message to reach the 99%!
