70,000 Americans between 15-39 are diagnosed with cancer each year. That's one every eight minutes. This is not OK!
The OMG! Cancer Summit is the premiere oncology conference and social networking event for the young adult cancer movement. A program of the I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation, the OMG! Cancer Summit, now in it's 5th year, has become a pivotal healthcare event that inspires thousands of survivors, cargivers and providers—along with scores of academic, advocacy, research and support organizations—to get organized, build community and unite as one to drive change.
Stupid cancer. Survivors rule.
I am Brittany Hill. I was diagnosed at 14 years of age and given 24 hours to live. I wish there was a program like this in 2005. All the cancer patients I knew were either infants or eldery. No young adults. I was all alone. When I got cancer I thought I am too young for cancer and I'm gonna die. This will be my 3rd year of attending this amazing organization. I have gotten so much information about cancer and have met some awesome cancer survivors my age. Please help donate so this organization can continue being awesome and to help me go next year.
