One good deed deserves another - Help bring smiles on the faces of the children of Roo by sponsoring a shoe.
Roo is a remote fishing hamlet on the banks of Lake Victoria in Kenya. It has the highest HIV among children and these kids may not live beyond their teenage years. They live in extreme poverty.
The campaign started with a kind soul donating money for 50 shoes Then another person donated another 20. There are 300 children in the Village and about 70 of them have new shoes It is our goal to provide all 300 children with new shoes. One pair costs $11 - a one time expense at Starbucks. You can sponsor one or you can sponsor 10 or as many as you like.
Our Story: MorphUP is a youth initiative under Induz non profit and it has been fundraising to build a Resource Center in the Village. Our initiative focus is on literacy and arts for teenagers infected with HIV. Our mission is to create a positive impact in the lives of these teenagers by building a resource and counseling center in the village . We have so far raised $5000 for building the foundation is ready we hope to complete it this year .
All donations are tex-exempt. Induz is a 501 (c)(3) non profit.
