Ophelia's memorial headstone fund
Organized by: Truman Bradshaw
My wife of 45 years past away in April 2016. I am a retired ex police officer that was injured in the line of duty. I was bitten in my arm by a intoxicated man whom had hepatitis C virus. In 2010 my injuries required me to have a liver transplant. My wife was infected by me having sexual related contact, even though the doctor said it would not happen. My wife was unable to receive a liver transplant like I did. She became very sick from complications from hepatitis C. She passed away suddenly in April while in Dallas Methodist medical center intensive care unit. I am on a small monthly disability check and barely have $13.00 to spend after my monthly expenses. My wife was a victim of me being injured in the line of duty, by a drunk whom intended to inflict the deadly hepatitis C virus to me when he broke the skin when he bit my arm. Unfortunately I don't have the funds to get my wife a proper headstone to mark her grave. She was a innocent crim victim. Please help me purchase a memorable headstone for her grave. I feel very embarrassed to ask for this help but my wife deserves at least this for being a police officer's wife who died because of the intentionally inflicted injury to her husband. Please donate anything you can afford to help me honor this loving law enforcement wife. I can provide you any information in regards to the validation of this story. Please help me please. .
