Black Rhino Ventures specializes in luxury adventure travel. As a part of our mission to give back to those who have given so much to us, we work in conjunction with a Montana charity who takes disabled and severely wounded vets of all wars on adventure vacations they might not otherwise have access to like snowmobiling, fly fishing, mountaineering, and skiing among others. Giving these men and women the opportunity to take their minds off their injuries and participate in something exhilarating changes lives.
We hold an annual event entitled "Operation Powder Hound" whereby we bring 6 - 8 vets into the mountains of Montana to participate in backcountry snowmobiling. The vets enjoy an all-inclusive experience complete with airfare, lodging, dining, gifts, daily guided snowmobile excursions and evening activities. Local Bozeman businesses have contributed generously to this wonderful cause but we need help securing airfare for these men and women. Without your contributions, we will not be able to make a difference in these soldiers' lives.
Black Rhino Ventures is hoping to bring another 6 participants to Montana for our third event. We are planning to take 7 vets in total on a weekend of backcountry snowmobiling. Area businesses have already donated hotel rooms, dinner, snowmobiles and other generous contributions to make this year's event a reality. We hope that you will consider giving so that we can finalize our efforts and so that those who have earned our thanks can spend some time in the mountains.
All funds go to Camp Patriot, a 501(c)(3) to be used for the production of this trip. Funds raised will be used for travel expenses for the veterans who will be attending.
