Hi everybody out there so my 12 year old son is in desperate need of braces. Our insurance q does not cover that.I'm willing to pay out of unfortunately I am on a fixed income due to spinal injury. So even if a dentist gave me a payment plan I would still have to not pay one of the bills for our home to keep us off the streets. To even begin the process for him getting braces he has to have three teeth removed from under his nasal cavity I guess would be the easiest way for me to describe it to people. There are three teeth trapped in his upper gum that shouldn't have never grown in. The lower two are preventing the onethat was supposed to have grown in from coming down. That being said he has a huge gaping hole where his front teeth should. Oral sergy is not covered by our insurance either. His teeth are allcrooked, mismatched, or missing. He practices really good dental hygiene to no avail. My little man is starting middle school next year. He already has low self-esteem issues due to his other disabilities.I know how cruel kids can be. I'm trying to prevent any mean jokes. Also he's almost thirteen he's going to want to look for a job in a few years. If you are a dentist and you could do it pro bono or I could work off the cost of everything involved to fix his smile. Thank you.
