BENEFITING: Our House of Portland, Inc.
As part of the Portland community since 1988, Our House is committed to people living with HIV by providing integrated health and housing services. Guided by compassion, collaboration and respect, Our House provides 24-hour specialized care, supportive services, and independent housing with support services. HIV is a complex and challenging disease that can often be overwhelming. The Our House team of expert clinicians works with people with HIV who are having difficulty managing independent living. They tailor services for each individual that defines what “living well” means to them.
Our House's services today now range from regular in-home visits by clinical staff to 24-hour residential skilled nursing services. Their programs include: Our House, Neighborhood Housing & Care Program, Esther’s Pantry and Tod’s Corner.
Consider becoming an Our Hosue Hero by signing up to fundraise for this important cause in our community. We ask that all Our Hosue Heros commit to raising $1,000 in support of these incredible services by World AIDs Day, December 1s, 2018. We will then celebrate all Our Hosue Heroes at the Our Hous Gala Auction on February 24th, with a special award given to our top fundraising Hero.
Thank you for your support of Our House and our mission to inspire people with HIV to live well!
