Throughout our time preparing for our upcoming half marathon race, Natalie and I have often brought our thoughts back to an inherited condition known as Lynch Syndrome. Lynch Syndrome is a hereditary disorder that affects thousands of families in the United States, including Natalie's. It increases the risk of colon, uterine, ovarian, and other cancers that often occur at a young age. As Natalie and I have reminded ourselves of the gift of health during our training, we would like to offer the opportunity for our friends and families to join us in the support of ongoing education and research towards a cure for Lynch Syndrome. Your involvement means so much to both of us. We'll be thinking of you and those affected as we work our way to the finish line November 8!
