THE STORY:

Outrun the Sun (OTS) is the official sun safety partner of USA Track & Field and Road Runners Club of America. As a nonprofit organization, OTS is committed to supporting skin cancer education and melanoma research.

OTS has helped strengthen the research programs at Harvard University, Mayo Clinic, University of California-Irvine, University of Chicago, Wake Forest Medical Center, Kimmel Cancer Center and New York University. By partnering with organizations including the Dermatology Nurses' Association, Midwest Melanoma Partnership, Independent Running Retailers Association, YMCA and more, Outrun the Sun is making an impact by providing innovative educational and outreach initiatives.

OTS supports many programs including the Outrun the Sun Race Against Melanoma, which has become the largest evening event of its kind in America benefiting skin cancer education/research. Learn more at www.outrunthesun.org and "Like" Outrun the Sun on Facebook!
