BENEFITING: Jonathan Alder Soccer Association
The Jonathan Alder Soccer Association (JASA) leased land for many years to provide a place for youth soccer. Once that land came up for sale JASA was not in a position to purchase it.
Now 300+ pre-school through 8th grade soccer players are losing their fields and have no permanent location to play.
JASA is a 501c3, not for profit organization with no paid employees whose goal is to provide affordable soccer for all kids in Plain City, Ohio and the surrounding communities.
During the last 10 years JASA has averaged 350 children per season with two seasons a year. We've been in existence for 20 years and are a recreational league welcoming all children that want to play and learn the game of soccer.
Since losing our fields we have had to lease other land in order for our kids to play which has become cost prohibitive and has put us in jeopardy of having to shut down.
We are looking to develop 20 acres for soccer fields and need to raise the money to continue the existence of our organization.
The JASA organization has identified several properties of interest to purchase and develop. To purchase and develop a property would cost an estimated $15,000 per acre. Our goal is to raise $300,000 to help us get started with this project.
Please consider a donation toward this effort to establish a long term solution for the fitness and well being of children in need of a place to play.
As a 501c3 organization, all donations are tax deductible.
