Paddles for Saddles is a men's and women's doubles paddle tournament and party hosted by Midtown Athletic Club, sponsored by Calvary Automation to benefit the EquiCenter. Don't play paddle? That is OK, join us for the parties!
We will begin on Friday night, February 28, 2014 with a kick-off party at Midtown. The tournament will be held Saturday, March 1, 2014 and will culminate with final matches and after party at Midtown.
Registration is $70 and includes:
- Participation in tournament
- Entrance to the parties which will have live entertainment, food, drinks, and a raffle
- The opportunity to attend 3 free paddle clinics to get in shape for the tournament
This year we have added an online fundraising component through Crowdrise. Once you've registered, you can support the EquiCenter further by asking friends and familiy to support your participation in the tournament. Prizes are the following:
Raise $100 and receive an EquiCenter Nalgene water bottle
Raise $500 and receive free entry to next year's Paddles for Saddles tournament
The top three fundraisers that raise over $500 will receive the following:
Grand Prize: Aurora Inn Package + Mackenzie Childs Gift Certificate
Second Prize: Premier Rochester Restaurant Package
Third Prize: Deluxe Paddle with a Sleeve of Balls
