BENEFITING: Humane Society for Hamilton County
ORGANIZER: Humane Society for Hamilton County
EVENT DATE: Sep 19, 2015
We are part of an organization that cares for the homeless, the unwanted, the sick, the young, and the old...
We do not discriminate. Every animal in the shelter gets tender loving care, and a comfortable place to rest, whether they have just arrived, or have been living in the shelter for months, or years. We three women have the pleasure of taking care of every dog in the facility from Sunday through Wednesday, and we couldn't be happier doing what we do. But, WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The Parade of Paws Dog Walk raises desperately needed funds that go towards emergency or life-saving medical care for thousands of animals who arrive at our shelter each year. To us, a senior animal with diabetes deserves the same chance as a healthy puppy or kitten. We believe EVERY LIFE COUNTS. But we can't do it alone. Your donation to Parade of Paws will help make an immediate and direct impact on saving lives. All money raised from the Parade of Paws will benefit our Survivor Program which makes it possible for us to give animals a second chance at life.
We have dogs that need training, because their owners failed them by not doing so.
We have dogs that were abandoned and never got the chance before being introduced to the shelter life.
We have dogs that don't do well in the kennel; that need extra toys or activities to keep their minds stimulated.
Above all, we need to have the supplies to keep them, and their temporary living spaces, clean.
All of this takes funding, and that is why we need your help. We are all that these babies have while we are desperately trying to find their furever homes. Help us set them up for success with the things that they need to be healthy and happy while they are in our care.
The Humane Society for Hamilton County is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, charitable organization. All donations are tax deductible.
