BENEFITING: NATIONAL FALLEN FIREFIGHTERS FOUNDATION
EVENT DATE: Sep 10, 2014
On Wednesday, September 10th, 2014, I will be climbing 220 stories to represent the total combined height of both World Trade Center 1 and 2.
My climb will begin at 0846 AM, and last until every story has been climbed. I will be wearing firefighter turnout gear during my climb.
All money donated to this fundraiser goes straight to the National Fallen Firefighter's Foundation (NFFF), which assist families of those who die in the line of duty. The NFFF provides support for survivors though survivors networks, and also grants scholarships to family members to attend school or job training.
The NFFF also helps fire departments deal with line of duty deaths in their department, along with providing resources to help prevent line of duty deaths.
My goal is to raise $4,748 dollars, which will represent the total number of days since September 11th, 2001 to September 11th, 2014.
Please show your support towards the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and our nation's heroes. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
