BENEFITING: Pets Alive, Inc.
The vehicles at Pets Alive are used for everything from yard work to animal transports. They take on a lot of wear and tear as there is always some need for a vehicle, especially when working with shelters across the nation to help save animals. Recently, Pets Alive traveled down to West Virgina from New York several times to obtain approximately 80 dogs and about 30 cats. Trips like these, and the daily activities around Pets Alive, put a ton of wear on the vehicles which are already on their last legs as is.
Please help Pets Alive continue to help others and perform its daily maintenance by helping them get a new truck!
Pets Alive is a no-kill animal shelter, located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, about 1 1/2 hours from New York City. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and place animals in need. Victims of neglect, abuse, and violence, many of them have special needs and have been rejected by other organizations.
Animals at the sanctuary range from dogs and cats to farm animals, exotic birds, and many others. Many of the animals at Pets Alive are older, have special needs or require special care.
