Paul's Woodchips Building for Those in Need
Organized by: Anna Badeaux
Do you know someone who works hard everyday, but lives paycheck to paycheck? Someone that dreams of having a nice bed to sleep on, beds for their kids, a nice bedroom set, a dining room table that will fit the whole family, a nice stand for their tv to sit on, a hope check for their keepsakes, or a nice hutch to display their prized possessions? someone that always gives their best, a role model, that gives what little they have so that someone else has enough. Someone that is active in their community. Or even a family or individual struck by tragedy. That is how this dream began for Paul, he has built custom fine furniture for a long time. His furniture is amazing and he builds it all by hand. His love for building furniture with wood is surpassed by none. His furniture sells for more than most people can afford ( it's truly that great) He has recently talked with me about building his furniture and gifting it to people in our community or your community. These people will be selected by their friends and family, their church, their employer or anyone else that has noticed what a great person they are and would love to see them receive an amazing gift. This means his furniture will NO LONGER BE FOR SALE. It is being built solely for the purpose of gifting it to those chosen families or individuals in need. Now here is where you come in.....with these items no longer being sold we need your help to gift what you can. Building solid furniture is not inexpensive by any means. It is quality furniture that lasts a lifetime and is made from hand picked beautiful solid wood. So in my effort to make this dream of Paul's come true I'm reaching out to you the community and asking that you gift what you can. Every penny is a penny closer to a completed beautiful priceless gift. When you gift you can include a note with the name of someone you feel would be a great candidate for this and why you feel they should receive this gift. The more gifting we get the more families he can build for. Paul's dream is to build furniture, to help people be proud of their hard work, to help show them that life is good and that there are great people out there willing to help, and that people see and appreciate them and their efforts. Paul's passion is to build, he is meticulious , a perfectionist and he builds each piece like he is building it for his family. He gives each piece his undivided attention until he has reached perfection. So please help me fulfill his dream, which in turn fulfills dreams and wants and wishes of people we may know. Together we can help build up our communities, life can be tough at times and living paycheck to paycheck makes splurging on new furniture pretty hard if not impossible for most. I have spoken to many people that admire and love Paul's work, but financially they just can't afford it!! But that doesn't mean they don't deserve it. Let's work together to make this possible to brighten someone's day to give them a gift they otherwise would not get!!
