My name is warren Bryan I run own a group on Facebook called pay it forward in Sacramento ca what we do is help families in need we post on Facebook item's were needing or giving away mainly baby things or kids clothes to entertainment centers to beds to adult clothes. We also help the homeless by giving away clothes blankets sleeping bags tents. A lot of the homeless including vets lose their belongings due to the police park rangers arresting homeless folks for illegal camping they throw the stuff away and that includes clothes tents bedding ect so what I wanna do is start this fundraiser to present to the cities in ca providing shipping container homes on land would help eliminate some homeless but we only focus on clean and sober folks we require the drug users to get into a inpatient rehab get clean and sober which many won't I see families with kids that's who were focusing on getting housing by building a 2 or 3 BDRM 2 bath shipping container homes we can help families it will have electric heaters ac hot water the families with ssi verifiable income can get into a home for free to move in and pay monthly rent they pay utilites. We own the homes so if they break the rules we can evict them they wouldn't pay a deposit I work with payee agencies to find the best canadites and loaves and fishes to find families there. I would build a community and charge a minimum of 300 to a max of 400 a month If we present this to the city and Governor of ca we can give them land ideas buy land and build. The rent is a set price but the rent will go towards repairs and to make other donations to places like shriners children hospital red cross saint Jude's. Other portions would go towards homeless feedings and outreach events please help this good cause any amount would help
