The 2017 USA Cycling Pro National Championships will take place in Knoxville, Tennessee, June 24-25. The weekend kicks off on June 24 with Pedal for the Red, benefiting the American Red Cross. Pedal for the Red is a friendly ride for cyclists of all ages and levels.
For two hours, participants in Pedal for the Red have the exciting opportunity to ride the same car free streets the pros will ride during their USA Cycling Pro Time Trials. It’s the only event of the weekend open to amateur riders.
Pedal for the Red is a fun ride with an important goal. You can support the life saving work of the Red Cross through Pedal for the Red fundraising. All proceeds go directly to support the efforts of American Red Cross, East Tennessee.
You can DONATE or choose a rider or team to support. Or you can FUNDRAISE FOR THIS CAMPAIGN and set a personal fundraising goal or create a team goal.
Enlist family, friends, neighbors, and engage co-workers to make donations supporting you or your team. (There is no limit to the number of team members but each must register separately.)
Not riding? Whether you are volunteering to help with this event or just offering support, you can still contribute to the American Red Cross. Just pick your favorite rider or team and support their fundraising efforts.
By joining the Pedal for the Red, you are supporting the humanitarian relief work of American Red Cross in East Tennessee.
After Pedal for the Red, you can watch the best cyclists in the country race for the Pro Time Trials National Championship.
YOU can make a difference. Bring your bike, your family, friends and team and Ride the Pedal. And donate to the American Red Cross.
