BENEFITING: Esperanza Health Centers
EVENT DATE: May 25, 2014
Esperanza Health Centers is a community health center whose mission is to promote healthy lifestyles and improve health status through the provision of high quality health care and wellness services. Since 2004, Esperanza has provided quality health care to the southwest side of Chicago and Esperanza currently serves 21,000 patients annually at our three sites located in Little Village and Chicago Lawn. Funds raised through the MB Financial Bank Bike the Drive will help us provide medical care to thousands of patients that are low-income and uninsured.
Join our Pedaling for Hope Team and let’s enjoy the biking on the beautiful Lake Shore Drive while supporting Esperanza Health Centers! By raising $140 you can sponsor a comprehensive clinical visit for one of our uninsured patients. Reaching $460 will cover the cost of caring for one patient's medical visits for 12 months!
Let’s pedal for hope, health and family!
Information about the MB Financial Bank Bike the Drive can be found at www.bikethedrive.org.
