BENEFITING: Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation
EVENT: New York City 2014
EVENT DATE: Sep 28, 2014
September 28th marks the 13th annual Stephen Siller Tunnel To Towers Run in New York, a day when people around the world come together to run in the footsteps of a hero, celebrate the lives of those who died on 9/11 and join forces to do good.
On 9/11, 34-year-old Stephen Siller raced to his firehouse, threw on 60 pounds of equipment and drove to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel which he ran through on foot. Like so many others, he never made it home. Stephen’s siblings started the Tunnel to Towers Run as a memorial tribute to his heroism.
The Pleasantville Volunteer Fire Department will be running again this year and we would appreciate your support.
Please make a donation if you can. It is a well run foundation that does a great deal of good for very deserving people. Thank you
