Franks 'n Dawgs, a restaurant in Chicago which prides itself for having “5 star dining on a bun” has chosen the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) as their “Charitable Dawg” for the month of April. The PFF will receive 25% of the net profits from each of the “Charitable Dawgs” sold.
The PFF Dawg is called "Da Ringer" and the ingredients are Thuringer sausage, shallot marmalade, bacon lardons, shoestring potatoes, and parsley all on a homemade, gourmet bun!
