Phoebe is a sweet neighborhood cat that was born with an angular limb deformity. She is now 2 years old. She needs corrective surgery for her left front limb. The local vet thinks she still in time to correct it being that she is fairly young. Right now she only walks on 3 paws but she is playful and full of life. With the help of the neighbors, Phoebe was fixed so she doesn't get pregnant. Her corrective surgery will be so important because it will enable her to get her limb straight so she can walk freely and have a fulfilling life.
