THE STORY:

The Annual Health Fair is run by Jesus House Chicago as part of its social reformation vision. The Health Fair runs once a year in the summer just before children go back to school while the free clinic, "Balm of Gilead" is held on the second Saturday of every month. Several doctors, nurses, nursing practitioners, pharmacists and other health care practitioners come together to offer basic health check services to people in Albany Park and Chicago in general.

Services offered include blood work, choleterol check, high blood pressure check and sometimes the dental van offers the dental teeth check up for the children.

My goal is not very high, just $100 which will contribute towards the next Annual Health Fair or the monthly Balm of Gilead Free Clinic.

Thank you.
