play good via Crowdrise

During the Iplaygood Challenge, playgood Players will be invited to pursue their passions to raise money for cancer research. For one person, it could be yoga, for another playing guitar and tennis for someone else. Each Player commits to “play” a certain number of times during the month and asks friends and colleagues to sponsor him/her for each time he/she plays up to a maximum of $18. The goal is for each team to raise at least $54 and hopefully much more!
Iplaygood Challenge prizes include a free private class at Equinox for you and 40 friends, a free membership to IFC Center, gift certificates from Sam Ash Music, Jack Rabbit Sports, AC Gears, as well as concert tickets! Iplaygood Challenge prizes will be awarded to the Player who raises the most money, has the most players on his/her "team", brings the most people to the kick-off party, "plays" the most, "best-dressed", "best in show" and more!!!
playgood is a volunteer-run, grass-roots charity “movement” that empowers people by providing them with a “platform” to do good in the ongoing fight against cancer while pursuing and sharing their passion for play. Everyone has something they love to do – whether it is play sports, a musical instrument, scrabble or take a yoga class.
Money raised goes to support cancer research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York City. As one of the nation’s premier cancer centers, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is committed to exceptional patient care, leading-edge research, and superb educational programs.
