Dear Friends and Family,
The 2013 marathon bombings scared me and Jeremy. The day of the bombings, Jeremey learned of the explosions while in a meeting and I was in my friend's apartment with Natalia, who was 2 at the time. Minutes before the explosion, we had decided to go inside for a break. It saved our lives.
Since then, Jeremy and I recognized that we wanted to contribute to providing children with healthy, safe spaces in which to play. That's why I have teamed up with Playworks to raise $10,000 by finishing the 2015 Boston Marathon.
Please help me reach my goal so that children in underserved areas can enjoy safe, healthy, play environments - thanks in advance for your generosity.
