Please help me breath
Organized by: Dylan Francis
I was born with a deviated septum. I t is a condition which ones nasal passage is blocked by the abnormal cartilage which blocks the nasal passage ways. My nose was also broken at a young age in school when someone flip my chair legs wile i was balancing on the front two legs. The school gym teacher and the nurse did nothing due to the fact my nose was all ready crooked on the inside from birth. My cartilage was dislodged from the base of my nose at that point. As I have grown older, my inside nose cartilage has been growing. Without a base it has been filling my right nostril making it harder to breath. As i continue my path into meditation and breathing techniques, I am beginning to realize that I have to forcefully breath, a condition which most people do not have to deal with because breathing happens normally without conscious intent. I often wake up in a deep sleep gasping for air. Eating food can also be difficult when my sinuses are blocked. It is my hope to get a septoplasty to straiten my septum so I can can breathe, sleep and sing, and eat through a clear nose and live a confident , restful and beautiful life.
