Please Help My Family Avoid Foreclosure!

I'm Charles Williams from NYC & have a home which been living in for over 20 years with our home almost paid off. My wife just got laid off with no union & I'm retired on a fixed income. Our children is off to college. The monthly mortgage is approx. $2700 per month. I'm only making $1500 per month by myself & this isn't including every other expense such as utilities, groceries. & sending money to our children in college.

We was nice enough to rent our other half of the house to a lady who seem nice at first but turned out to be a complete nightmare. She lied about everything & took advantage of us cause we're elderly. She paid consistently for about 4 months. She always complained her job wasn't paying enough but meanwhile she moved in several strangers into my house. No one chipped in for her rent but they had time for the loud-music, constant profanity everyday & arguments. Being a homeowner in New York City is very difficult & frustrating because the courts expect the landlord to support the tenant. The Judge in Court promised to evict her but they still have her living 'RENT-FREE' in my house after a long and painful 12 months. This has been a very sad & depressing time for my family.

I don't want to make anyone responsible for our situation, but it really hurts to see everything you work hard for fall apart so rapidly. Since this disaster occurred we owe about $14,000 to the bank. We need a little support so we can continue to live in our home until we pay off our home in the future. We don't have family to call to bring us in. Please, we don't want to live in a shelter. It would mean so much to me & my family if God actually do answer our prayers.

Love, Charles
