Please help my wifes pregnancy go smoothly!

My wife and i are both on disability and we currently are raising an amazing 12 yr old boy... me, 46 yrs old not hardly able to walk for any amount of time, let alone being able to stand for any amount of time as well. having said that, i have worked enough to have built up enough credits to receive disability for having neuropathy (8 years) , vein-us insufficiency (5 years) , psoriasis and psoriatic athritis (5 years).. and i was just diagnosed with diabetes about 9 months ago on top of all that mess. My wife, however, has had schizophrenia for just over 20 years (her reason for being on disability, FYI, she has worked more than enough to earn her disability) and being that we just found out that she is a month and a half pregnant, she can no longer take Seroquel which would be very bad for the baby, especially the developing stages. .(all anti-psych meds are horrible for baby development). in addition to the schizophrenia, she was recently made aware about a year ago that she has a serious bone loss issue that has plagued her jaw to the point of it giving her gum disease and leaving the roots to her bottom row of teeth semi-exposed causing her continued pain..so far she has dealt with all of this remarkably.. since finding this out we have made arrangements to fix her mouth, top and bottom, and have it worked out making monthly installments to eventually save it all up..but the procedure wasn't due for another year.. Now, with a baby on the way we have to make sure there is no complications, and with my wife being over 40, pregnant with a potentially harmful situation that can cause her pregnancy problems, we have to find a way to achieve this quickly! which brought me here after researching 2 nights in a row on how and where i can possibly do this! on top of all that, we have to relocate to a 3 bedroom place now and we are in no way able to magically come up with the money needed to do any of this! any and all help is appreciated...thank you for taking the time to read this post...my wife and I both want to thank whoever reads this and can only hope we get the help we need... P.S. the dental work would also be welcome!
