Please help, every little bit will help. See More

Sandra Parris is desperate for help. The owner of the house she has been renting since 1989, died and he left everything to his wife, who now wants to sell Sandy the house. Sandy, a 58 year old woman living in Saint Petersburg Fl, was a Special Education Teacher Associate with Pinellas County. She was injured on the job but continued to work for 20 years raising her two daughters on her own. Her disabilities forced her into retirement in 2009. She applied for disability and was approved immediately. Her disability has lead to extreme depression, a series of strokes, type two diabetes and other physical limitations, leaving her unable to do most things for herself. Sandy says she and the landlord spoke of renting to own before but no paperwork was ever written up, for 26 years it was a verbal agreement. Now his widow is willing to sell the house for $20,000.00 on the condition it is completed by the end of the year. She really has no income or savings to pull from and no place to go except to live in her car, and being disabled that isn't a possibility. She has no one else to help her. A Crowdrise account has been set up by a family friend so that she does not lose her house. She would also really benefit from having a legal representative to see her thru this and help her with any issues that may arise and let her know of her options. Please help Sandy!
