I will be attempting to complete a sprint triathlon in NYC on July 27th and I am looking for your support to push me across the finish line as I swim, bike, and run for the millions of kids that need enrichment over the summer. This is my first serious athletic commitment since high school and I am very excited to share this journey with you. I will be training almost daily leading up to the triathlon and getting ready mentally for the feat ahead.
As many of you may know, I have been working with Practice Makes Perfect (PMP) to create educational equity in inner city low income communities. PMP is a non-profit that implements summer enrichment programs for students K-12 in these communities to help them compete intellectually in society and narrow the achievement gap. This summer we will be serving students across New York City and Washington D.C. With the help of funds raised through this campaign, PMP will be able to serve additional students and expand to more disadvantaged neighborhoods in New York City and beyond.
Supporters who give at the following levels will be recognized in our published 2014 Annual Report & receive early reading privileges.

Mentor Scholar: $25 - $49
Summer Fellow: $50 - $99
Summer Director: $100 - $249
Site Director: $250 - $499

Any support that you can offer is greatly appreciated as it will help motivate, inspire, and push me through my 2 hour workouts and ultimately across the finish line on July 27th.
See you at the finish line!
