People Openly Expressing True Statements Lovey Scott (Amouri's Poetical Justice) Poet, Author, Publisher, Online Radio Host, Musician (Floetry Rap) -Motivational Leader(s), encouraging youth and community to make better decisions in life through spoken word and floetry rap. -Enlightening and allowing viewers to hear about the reality and facts of life. -Establishing firm messages of morals through poetry spoken word and music -Striving to make a positive impact on young adults and influence society to make better and wise choices that will help encourage their growth. -Wanting to build a diversified union with and for youth that wants to make public awareness through the elements in artistry. On a mission to become a 501 c3 non profit, to build a platform for youth and community to use their artistic talents. Experience/ Volunteering Get-Let 10 (2016) Judge (Preliminaries) Canyon Creek Chaperon Summer Night Lights (2015) This program was funded by the mayor Eric Garcetti and his office to get kids involved more in the parks and recreation. There were 32 parks that had participated for the summer. Granted the opportunity to perform in several locations from Ted Watkins park located in Watts the neighborhood I was raised, ranging to the valley. This opportunity was also granted by Mr. Thomas Heck C.E.O P.A.C.E Program. P.A.C.E School Tour Program (2015) This opportunity was provided by the CEO Thomas Heck. P.A.C.E stands for Promoting Academics Through Creative Expression. The school tour ranged from elementary through high school. P.O.E.T.S Ink inspired, and also introduced these children to what poetry is and how it can be converted along with music to make a powerful message. P.O.E.T.S Ink Slogans include (Educate not Entertain) (Teach Not Twerk) and (Turning up in a positive way. Schools Included (Banning High, North Hollywood High, John Mack Elementary, Emelita Charter Academy, Sun Valley High, Esteban Torres High) Youth Praisathon (2015) Youth Build (2015) Motivational speaking class, and presented floetry rap Links I really look forward to collaborating with you. I am on a serious mission to help youth however I can in what they love to do. I appreciate the opportunity and look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you!
