Nothing to Smile About Poor Children Living In Paradise VBCC
Organized by: Donald Santos
We think of Jamaica as Paradise, Montego Bay, Nigril, Kingston and Ocho Rios. But Jamaican children living in the most rural parts go hungry every day. Morgan Heritage said it best. "There are several things that are of great concern and need to be dealt with in Jamaica such as starving children…the poor conditions of the schools and unsafe, low quality infrastructure ..Despite all the efforts of the Jamaica governments over the years, there still hasn’t been much of an improvements in the standard of living of most Jamaicans — there really is, nothing to smile about" Our plan is to build an all aged school, community center and feeding center for the poor. Bring education to those who cannot afford it do away with the fee based education. We only see the beautiful side of the island when we visit, but come with me and Ill show you the Jamaica I know, riddled with crime and starvation. Ive been in the United States for 30 years and I live a wonderful life, but God has called me to go back to Jamaica and make a difference I cannot do it without your help. Thank you ahead of time and God Bless you.
