Why should you donate?
This fundraiser is to cover the cost of frames for sixteen small portraits.
Portraits of who?
Award winning artist Julie Uhler wanted to share her passion for portraiture among her fellow parishioners at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, Boston.
Her heartfelt belief is that ALL present in that sacred space are worthy of havinig their portrait painted, regardless of economic status, race, age or any other man-made label.
A total of 16 parishioners were selected at random to be painted, and each will receieve their portrait as a gift.
To the artist and fellow parishioners, these paintings represent "Faces of God's Love".
The portraits represent many facets of God's love!
- Children, elderly and middle aged
- Male, female
- LGBT Community
- Mentally impaired
- Middle Class
- African American

The reception for this exhibit will coincide with the One Year Anniversary Celebration of the major renovation of the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, with Bishop Alan Gates presiding.
Date: Sunday, Oct 2nd, 4-6 p.m.
Where: Cathedral Church of St. Paul, 178 Tremont Street, Boston, MA
The portrait exhibit will also be available for viewing within the Cathedral from Oct. 2nd - Oct 30th, after which the portraits will be gifted to the subjects.
