SALABILITY now inclusion is the fully accessible sailing with those with disabilities including veterans. I am proposing to have a veteran run the Glamping site and the yacht club as a for profit which will in turn provide income for Indio recreation district to set up the sailability. The electric boats can be used as a safety boat while the others are rented out for tourist to enjoy the Salton Sea. Since, there is no sea return the maintenance will be minimal. The yacht club layout is ADA accessible and a small dock constructed of plastic lumber from EPS plastic lumber will las eighty years. Dinghy docks are assembly areas to set up and tear down dinghies and load persons in wheel chairs (C Crane). DINGHY DOCK in San Francisco Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors Pier 40. I have been trying to work with tribes since 1990. I helped to get the Delta Area sailors (Stockton California) to have a demonstration program in 2000. The Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors which has the veteran program and nearly two hundred members in wheel chairs that sail the twenty three dinghies every Friday through Sunday in San Francisco Bay. I did the same proposal to Connie Reitman Director of Inter Tribal when I retired from civil service through Help from a Pomo Miwok Eric McKean who passed away in January 2015. Unfortunately they were not ready at that time.I became part of Donoma Energy with John James UTINS 41951 Remington Ave. Suite 110
