Challenge yourself to stay in bed the number of hours that best suit your weekend. We recommend you try to pledge more than twelve but between 12-48 hours is excellent.
Whether you are a sleepy person with a sleep disorder, Supporter, Sleep Professional, or Sleep Enthusiast, you may participate by pledging an amount of time to stay in bed or by donating to our cause.
By participating in Project Sleep's #SleepIn, you will be joining an international movement of people looking to make PEACE with SLEEP.
Sleep is the misunderstood and often overlooked pillar of health. Sleepiness is NOT laziness. We are waking up the world to the importance and power of sleep.
Project Sleep will be in bed all weekend empowering sleep advocates and connecting with participants around the world via Social Media (#SleepIn).
