She was born with an extra, deformed paw attached to her front right leg.
When she was three days old, she had the appendage removed, but the vet is skeptical that she will be able to use the leg properly.
The idea of euthanasia was tossed around, but I (her owner) made it very clear that they would have to put me down before they layer a hand on this dog.
Amputation and a prosthesis will have to be the option.
It is expensive and as a broke college student, I am having to rely heavily on my parents for help.
If you could please help Paddle, it would mean the world to her and myself.
You would be providing her with the chance at a wonderful, normal life.
Stay upraised on 'Paddles' daily activities here! (prostheticforpaddle.tumblr.com)
Thank you so much!
(any extra raised will go to directly to any future vet bills and food and toys to make sure she grows up as normal as possible!)
