THE STORY:
After 20+ years of running, I have finally decided to check off #1 on my bucket list and run the NYC Marathon! This race will be even more meaningful as I'm raising money for Owen's(and someday Sloane's) school, PS3.
This summer has been filled with hours of training in the heat and humidity(ewww) but it will all be worth it to cross that finish line and put my feet to the test. What a great lesson to teach a child that with hard work you can do anything.
PS3 has been such an amazing experience for our entire family. From new ever lasting friendships to such hard working teachers, we are so lucky to be a part of this wonderful community!
With your donation, we will be able to continue all of the extras that PS3 offers all of their students. Any amount, big or small, goes a long way. And if you can't give monetarily, you can come and out and experience one of the best NYC days by cheering on 50,000+ people running their hearts out(and me of course)!
