Pulmonary Pints: PubDay for PH
EVENT DATE: Oct 15, 2016
Pulmonary Pints: PubDay for PH was established by the Boehk Family in 2009 to raise awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension and money for the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA), supporting their programs and research efforts. The event is held in memory of Kathy Boehk who battled PH for more than 10 years. She believed in the organization and that one day a cure may be found. Sadly, she lost her battle in Oct. 2009, shortly after the first PubDay event. Her daughters, Katy (Boehk) Hayes and Ashley Boehk are dedicated to carrying on their mother's hope and now hopes of their own, that the success of this event may contribute to helping another PH family.
