My family and I moved to america with my fathers job after their eldest child (my older brother) passed away on a family holiday in malaysia at the age of 18 in an unexplained diving accident. I was 16 at the time and my little brother was 14. Follwing this event my parents savings were depleteled after having to pay for funeral costs, the expenses that came with moving to America as expats, and my fathers medical conditions caused by the shock and stress of having lost his eldest son. I moved out when i turned 18 to work and put myself through college in order to help save my parents some money and stress. This really didnt change too much and my fathers health continued to deteriorate, now that he can not work much anymore he has to spend what savings he has left on a small cottage home for my mother and himself to retire into in order to set some foundation for their final years. Because of this there is no money left to pay the enourmous non-us citizen fees assosiated with attending college in America. I am saving what I can to work towards enrolling him in an online university so that he can stay with my parents to look after them but it is proving very difficult. The cheapest online college we found totalled an incredible 42,000 for an associates degree. Any donation, pointers or advice is appreciated...No duty is more urgent than that of returning thanks, so thank you from the bottom of my heart and god bless.
