Put happiness in the heart of every poor kids of Ivory Coast
Organized by: Landrice Kane
Growing up in Ivory Coast, a small country in West Africa, I can tell what poverty looks like. What really hurts me, it’s the situation that kids go through every day. You can see some kids who don’t go to school and go the market everyday to sell stuffs(banana, orange drinks etc). It’s very hurtful to see that during Christmas, kids don’t even have gifts, don’t even eat… . For this Christmas, I want the kids in my country to at least have one gift, I want to spend time, make foods and have fun with them. I know one person can’t end poverty, but if we all put our hands together, I think we can do it. I live In The United States, but my plan is to travel to Ivory Coast this Christmas and volunteer my time with those kids.
