BENEFITING: Partnership With Native Americans
ORGANIZER: Partnership With Native Americans
EVENT DATE: Dec 01, 2015
Anyone who knows me, knows I have a heart for anyone in need. I have worked for this charity for over 11 years and I love that everyone here truly cares about the Native people we serve.
It should matter that there is a group of people right here in the United States that is often forgotten, who deal with an amazing number of disparities. They were our First Americans and all treaties and promises should be honored.
Join with me today - help PWNA address food insecurity on Native American reservations and prevent disease and obesity in Native youth. Please donate between Nov. 24-Dec. 1 to help PWNA earn a $10,000 matching grant to go toward food and water!

In honor of #GivingTuesday, Partnership With Native Americans (PWNA) has the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 in matching funds from Newman’s Own Foundation.
Donations raised from Nov. 24 – Dec. 1, 2015 will be put towards our Food and Water initiatives – such as supplying food boxes for pantries, serving individual families in need or preparing hot meals – to help address the difficulties of living in poverty or a “food desert.”
PWNA is a BBB-accredited charity that provides food and water, health products, education services and emergency relief to Native American Elders, families and children living on remote, isolated and impoverished reservations throughout 12 key states in the Northern Plains and Southwest regions. By assisting 60 U.S. reservations year-round, PWNA provides consistent aid and services to Native communities most in need. PWNA is committed to championing hope for a brighter future for Native Americans and cares about their quality of life and self-determined goals. Help us make a difference and have your donation doubled from Nov. 24 – Dec. 1, 2015.
