THE STORY:

HELP US RAISE $12,000 AND BE A PART OF CHANGING LIVES!

Right 2 Thrive's Holiday Giving Campaign will support our Empowerment Program for the first quarter of 2014. The Program consisting of skills training, income generating and entrepreneurial classes and workshops. These classes are free to residents of Dagoretti South, an extremely low-income area of Nairobi, Kenya where residents live off of less than $2 a day.

Our Empowerment Program classes include: Personal Empowerment, Basic and Intermediate English, Handcraft and Jewelry Design, Sports and Life Skills and Business Mentoring.

Additionally, your support will allow us to continue to fund special programs like Kustawi, a Business Entreprenurship Program for students who successfully complete the Handcraft and Jewelry Design class. Your donations will also allow us to continue to provide secondary school sponsorships for two young at-risk youth from the community.

Our Empowerment Program launched in August of 2012 with 21 students. To date, 160 students have taken our classes over the past year. With your support we will hope to double our impact and reach twice as many residents who are waiting for their opportunity to thrive.

Thank you so much for helping us change lives!
