EVENT DATE: Nov 02, 2013
Meet Bat-Erdene, a 10-year-old from South Gobi, Mongolia.
He is a talented painter, an athletic boy, a beloved son and brother.
Bat-erdene can communicate well through art and sports, but he struggles with speech.
He needs a hearing aid which will cost USD18,000.
Bat-erdene's mother only earns USD120 a month and his father has passed away.
To us, a hearing aid would be considered a necessity, but to his family, it is a luxury they cannot afford.
He needs your help.
We need your help.
At this year’s Half-Ironman Taiwan competition held in Kenting,
We hail from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore;
This is our first 70.3, but we aim to do more!
To ultimately raise awareness and funds for children in need – one per year, backgrounds varied.
Through this race, we hope to raise funds for Bat-erdene's hearing aid.
