THE STORY:
On Sept 12, 2011, our beautiful daughter, Lauren, died of a heroin overdose. In her belongings, was a note where she had written down the name of the Walter Hoving Home. After a series of events, God led us to check this house out, and from the moment we stepped in this home, we felt love and compassion. The staff cares for and loves on these woman with a genuine concern for not only their recovery but for their lives. It is a one year program and they receive no funding; yet, they turn no one away. Lauren had been in many rehab facilities and we are here to tell you this home is the REAL deal. They care for, and help women restore their lives and the women leave the home with a strong faith to overcome what lies ahead.
