Raising Animals To Raise Spirits

THE STORY:

Hudson Folkerts was a local country boy who loved fishing, hunting and riding his dirt bike. Hudson had a passion for raising animals, and his was able to share this passion through his involvement in Tomball ISD's FFA program. In July 2011, Hudson passed away in a tragic ATV accident at age 15. To honor Hudson's love for raising animals and keep his name and spirit alive, his family founded the Hudson Folkerts Memorial Foundation. The process of buying and raising animals can be very expensive, which keeps many students who are interested in raising animals from bein able to participate in such a great experience. The organization was created to assist with these expenses, so that other student who are as passionate about raising animals as Hudson was, can experience it. Join our #AgentsofChange Movement so we can raise funds for Hudson Folkerts Memorial Foundation and give our local children the experience of raising animals!
