THE STORY:

I am trying to raise enough money ($ 20,000-40,000) to create and endowment scholarship for veterans. This scholarship is meant to fill financial holes in other forms of educational assistance such as Ch. 31 and 33 in VA education benefits also to fill a gaping hole in the New Mexico Vietnam Veterans Scholarship. I will include in what I have in Word document form that are required for the scholarship.
