Organized by: Rachael Howerton
Hi my name is Rachael. I am a family friend of the loving, caring, giving, selfless family that needs some help. They are in a bit of a bind that hasn't really been to much of a problem before. They have always provided for themselves and have always worked hard to make sure their family had what they needed and bills always paid. But recently the last 3 months haven't been the easiest. Senior citizen Tony "Pops" the man of the house worked extremely hard his whole life at a very repretable company raising his son and 2 daughters as a single parent, and did an amazing job as a man all alone raising 3 young children. He now even at his older age try to find side jobs here and there to make help contribute to any household bills. His oldest child "Jake" who has been the sole provider for their family has 2 months ago been laid off and hasn't been able to find good paying work since. The 2nd oldest "jasmine" suffered from a benign brain tumor that grew from the size of a golf ball to the size of a grape fruit within a months time. With her surgery already set and planned but then because of the increasing size and short period of time they then had to re plan out her whole entire surgery. Now suffering everyday from intense migraines daily and unable to physically work. The youngest daughter "Rachel" works night shift at sharies working full time and attending school at one of the local community colleges. Asking for help isn't usually an option for them. I've never seen this family give in and or give up. Ask anyone for a helping hand. Only have they opened their home to people in need, cloth, feed and help in anyway possible. I have taken this into my own hands, if i could help them finiacally I would but I myself am a single mom. I'm just praying some one reading this can help. Their water is now shut off and they are 2 months behind. $423.00 will get their water back on. My goal exceeds this amount almost $200.00 only to assist for the following month. But just to get their water back on is perfect enough. I know they would be thankful for any type of help.
