BENEFITING: R E D E E M COMMUNITY OUTREACH INC
Here at R.E.D.E.E.M. Community Outreach we provide Resources, Education, Development, Employment, Empowerment, and Mentorship to whoever needs us. Using these six tools we strive to do our part in creating a world where every person is living and working to their full potential. The REDEEM Community Outreach Home will help us achieve this goal.
ABOUT THE REDEEM COMMUNITY OUTREACH HOME
The REDEEM Community Outreach Home will be a safe haven for all residents to participate in group and individual garden activities. For example, the REDEEM House will have a Chef Kitchen to assist the Mother Clyde Memorial West-End Garden with youth entrepreneurship, cooking, canning, and health and wellness activities. (Most activities will be free of charge, unless a consultant is hired to perform short-term classes/projects.) The house will also serve as a place for participants to display community arts, crafts, and preserve history.
WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
Before the house was donated to REDEEM (December 2010), it suffered a fire and will require over $70,000 to rebuild. At this time we are only asking for $6,000 to help pay for the initial expenses of city permits, building materials and other financial obligations related to the REDEEM Community Outreach Home.
As a supporter, your name will be included on a plaque displayed on the exterior of the property as a "Dream Founder."
Thank you in advance for supporting our dream and may God bless YOURS!
