RED WOLVES are among the world's most critically endangered animals. Approximately 130 of these rare wolves exist in the wild, all of them in northeastern North Carolina. The Red Wolf Coalition is the only citizen nonprofit working full time to teach about red wolves, advocate for their protection and survival, and engage the public in red wolf conservation.
Our successes are inspiriing, but without public engagement, red wolves could drift once again toward extinction in the wild. We won't let that happen, and we are depending on you to help us and to ask others to join the pack so that we can be a force for red wolf recovery and conservation.
